Thank you so much for visiting my site. My name is Kirsten Robertson and I am a real estate broker with Windermere Real Estate. I’ve been selling real estate in the Seattle/Bellevue/Eastside area for 20+ years. That is my one of my jobs! I also own a real estate media company, Sketchbox Media, that helps other brokers promote their listings through professional photography, videography, 3D media and aerial photography. It’s a busy life I lead!
I started getting interested in second homes early in my career. Owning a home in “wine country” was always a dream of mine. It took a while to get there (kids, work, pets, kids, college, kids…you know how it is.) but in 2019 we purchased our first wine country property in Lake Chelan. Unfortunately, it was just a vacant parcel, although one with a beautiful view of the lake. It was not to be however. We decided custom building was not for us and we really wanted something we could use right away. After selling the Chelan lot we purchased a beautiful 1905 farmhouse in the other (better!) wine country, Walla Walla. Although I have a lot experience selling and buying homes, second home purchases are a different. They are the realization of a goal, the hope for a future, the gathering place for family and friends and that makes them special.
Through this website, I hope to provide you with some tidbits of knowledge and to provide a referral connection service to great brokers in these beautiful northwest vacation destinations. Mostly though, this is a labor of love. A place to share my home and my second home journey with you.
